The Story Behind GOODDAYFROMBALI🏝️

The name GOODDAYFROMBALI was born from a simple, funny moment that often happened during my tours in Bali.
My name is I Gede Karsa, and like many Balinese people, my first name is Gede. When I guide travelers from different countries, many of them find it a little difficult to pronounce “Gede” correctly at first. Quite often, when they hear my name, they smile and say something like “Good Day!”
At first, I thought it was just a small misunderstanding. But the more tours I guided, the more often I heard it. Many guests would laugh and say, “Gede sounds like Good Day!”
Instead of correcting them every time, I started to enjoy the moment. I would simply reply with a smile:
“Yes… Have a Good Day with Gede!”
That simple phrase slowly became something special between me and the travelers I guided across Bali.
As a local guide who loves sharing stories, culture, and hidden places of the island, I wanted to create a name that was easy to remember, friendly, and full of positive energy. Since Bali is my home and the place where all these good moments happen, the idea finally came together naturally:
GOODDAYFROMBALI
The name represents a warm greeting from Bali, a positive travel experience, and the spirit of exploring the island with a local guide who truly loves what he does.
For me, every tour is not just about visiting beautiful places like Mount Batur, Ubud, waterfalls, temples, or hidden villages. It’s about creating memories, sharing laughter, and making sure every guest leaves Bali with one simple feeling:
A truly good day from Bali.
